If we had to choose just one restaurant in recent months, it would be without question, UMA. Chef Lucas Felzine offers, with his first establishment, to highlight a cuisine inspired by nikkei, a mix of Asian and South American flavor. This unique experience of fusion cuisine is both original and fresh. Entrees can be eaten as tapas – chestnut gyoza with satay sauce, ceviche of sea bream grapefruit and other crunchy tacos – so you can discover even more! The dishes are also remarkable, offering exceptional fish and meat like the Black Pig from Bigorre with barbecue sauce and pumpkin.
This dining experience is complemented by a cocktail bar located on the ground floor of the hotel. Its rich and varied menu is created by UMA, a trendy place highlighted by excellence. Booking in advance is also recommended, as the crowds keep coming.
