Two steps from the Arc de Triomphe, is a grocery store/bakery elegantly named “Josephine” in honor of the grandmother of the founder. It proposes handcrafted goods, a delicatessen and a selection of the best pastries, croissants and rolls on the ground floor. On the mezzanine floor, We change the atmosphere to that of a restaurant in our special cozy tearoom with its lounge library, where you can lunch, brunch, or have a snack in peace at any time of day. The new chef (trained by prize winning chef), favors simple, family cooking. The menu revolves around traditional dishes prepared with fresh, tasty ingredients and changes every day: veal stew, cod back in coconut milk, niçoise salad, lamb stew …
On sunny days, take advantage and enjoy the lovely terrace on the Avenue Marceau. Another bonus: the ability to participate in “a bakery workshop” where you can learn to make your own baguette which can then be enjoyed on site (with bordier butter) or taken home !
