Eric Kayser is undoubtedly one of the best master bakers of Paris, known for using select ingredients without additives, but also for his incomparable expertise. All breads are made in the purest tradition, on-site with carefully selected flour. Eric Kayser has a high standards and it shows. He offers sourdough breads (rustic, cereals, figs, pie wheel …) but also a range of gluten free bread (like beggars, buckwheat, chickpea …).
Also try the pastries like “brioche with pink pralines” or “white chocolate”, but also the “Kouglof”. The range of pastries is completed with pie creations, one more gluttonous that the next (apricots, pistachios, chocolate hazelnuts, lemons) but are as light as “Monge pie” made with almonds, white cheese mousse and red fruits ! A delight!
And for those with a hunger for something savoury, the bakery offers fast food meals to eat in or take away.
