Caffé Stern

47 passage des panoramas, 75002 PARIS

For lovers of coffee, head over to the Passage des Panoramas, where one of the most beautiful places in the capital is the home the Alajmo brothers (already responsible for several Michelin-starred restaurants). They turned a former printing press into a cafe / bistro that is all at once cozy, chic, stylish and friendly.

In a perfectly lovely ambiance, you will discover the traditional know-how and flavors of “real, good coffee” and its subtle touches. There is a hint of anise in “Organic Barley Coffee” for a surprising taste and a café with great finesse. “The Senza fretta” takes you to Naples, where you’ll taste a coffee roasted the traditional way, which requires 15 minutes of preparation! Next head to Venice with the “The Maroccchino in vetro”, a short espresso with cocoa powder and a delicate milk moussede. You’ll get to travel throughout Italy with this ultra complete menu of coffees.

Aside from this specialty, other beverages complement the menu, such as almond milk or the “Bohemian” mint infusion (fresh mint, ginger and acacia honey). “Homemade” cookies are served accompanying coffees or teas. Do especially not ignore the must-have of the house: the “Uno di due”, a very dense coffee, with a rare intensity, a marvel served in a cup. That says it all!
