Les Fines Gueules

2 Rue de la Vrillière, 75001 Paris

It is in a 17th century building designed by the great Mansart that Les Fines Gueules has set their tables. In this setting that is both intimate and chic, where contemporary confronts the old, the restaurant offers a traditional French cuisine. Through inventive dishes, the chef proudly uses local produce, preferably organic and in season. It is impossible to come to dine at Les Fines Gueules without tasting the Tartare that gave the house its reputation. Fresh oysters, red tuna tartare and beef bourguignon are also all worth a taste as well. To accompany your dinner with a good wine, you can dip into the rich wine menu of nearly 800 references. It is a menu that, once again, highlights many wines from organic agriculture. You’ll see that everything here is a part of a tradition of quality products to create an exceptional cuisine.
