Since 1961, this house, specializing in soufflés (a typical French dish), and two steps from the Jardin des Tuileries, Place de la Concorde, the Musée de l’Orangerie and the Place Vendome, has been inspired by the seasons to offer a many varieties of soufflés (asparagus, foie gras, morels, truffles, etc …). In this classic setting, this institution is undoubtedly the restaurant that serves the best soufflés in Paris. The service is pleasant and efficient. You should opt for the all-soufflé menu (starter, main dish and dessert) at 37 €. There is also a tasting menu at 46 € and an interesting midday menu at 28 € with soufflé dish + sweet + a glass of wine and coffee.
