The Pantruche became, in a short period of time, a must for lovers of quality bistros. And, not for nothing, it was voted the Best Bistro in 2012. Because here the tradition of French cuisine is revisited with creativity.
An intimate and refined decor, that isn’t full of rabble or knick knacks however, marks a cheeky Paris of the 1940 (which is, in slang, Pantruche Paris) and you can rediscover the essential and full of flavor of dishes on a bistro menu without worry about making a wrong choice. Saithe with artichoke mousse, poached chicken supreme sauce are all à la carte. The menu is also constantly updated with seasonal produce for even more culinary discoveries (and more difficult choices as it is hard to choose between such varied flavors and dishes). You cannot leave without tasting Grand Marnier and salted caramel butter soufflé, a unanimous favorite among regulars. Booking is essential. It’s the price of success for the chef Franck Baranger who has trained in the largest palaces. On weekdays the lunch formula starts 19 € and dinner formula from 35 €. The products are fresh, the menu inventive and varied, with a warm welcome and very good value for your money especially with the lunch menu; it is enough to make Pantruche the darling of Parisian gourmet bistros
