In the setting of a former chocolate factory of the nineteenth century, the restaurant offers a cuisine that is traditional and simple but also delicious. Foie gras with toast and onion confiture, hot Lyon sausage with pistachios and steamed potatoes, traditional Baltic dinner with Taramasalata – the dishes range from the sea to the soil. The dishes are hearty but the prices are light. A bargain in the neighborhood !
