This is undoubtedly the most luxurious covered walkway in Paris. Magnificent mosaics, skylight, and gilding, Galerie Vivienne is a place with unique charm to have a tea at one of the loveliest café terraces.
The shops are numerous: ready-to-wear shops as well as interior decoration shops and collectors bookstores, tea shops, sweets shops, wineries, grocery stores, etc.
At No. 13, an imposing staircase leads to the former home of Vidocq, a famous French convict who later became Chief of Police.
Galerie Vivienne is accessible through two streets: rue de la Banque and rue Vivvienne.
