BOCO

3 Rue Danielle Casanova, 75001 Paris

How can you eat fast without compromising taste? The urban canteen “Boco” has the answer for you. The concept: bring together the best recipes of 8 chefs in small jars to enjoy on site or to take-away, without going broke. A menu of appetizers, entrees, desserts is composed according to their desires, with organic, gluten free, and original recipes. Duck with polenta pie in blackcurrants “(by chef Jean-Michel Lorain),” marinated mackerel and eggplant caviar with orange “(by chef Gilles Goujon), or yet pollack Tandoori, fennel fondant and black risotto (a recipe created by Anne-Sophie Pic). For hot food you are given a timer that tells you when your dish is ready to be tasted. It is well thought out!

For dessert, the best pastry chefs of the capital are represented and all sweets as creative as the dishes: “Anapurna lychee, pomelo and lime” (by Chrsitophe Michalak), “Ganache Chocolate milk and stewed blueberries” (by Frédéric Bau), “Panna cotta and lemon-vanilla jelly clementines” (by Philippe Conticini).

All products are labeled in French and English and feature a caricature of the chef creator with its original recipe and all the ingredients.

The place looks like a neighborhood bistro where it is good to take a break, grab a bite or have a food break!

BOCO is the new address for practicality, fast and above all healthy. It’s not to be missed.
