Here, soft is the sign of good quality, and all ingredients are carefully selected. The madeleine is available in the classic version (vanilla or lemon) but also but also in reimagined flavors such as pink grapefruit, pistachio, coffee grounds, hazelnut or caramel and in mini size or the iced version.
